Refund policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
We stand behind every product we manufacture, but understand that sometimes you may change your mind or find that your order isn’t exactly what you wanted.
You may return items for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at support@revolink.com with your order number. We will provide detailed return instructions.
All returns must have an issued RMA from our customer service before return is sent to our warehouse.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must arrive at our distribution center in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.
“Like New” means items must not be installed, used, or show any visual signs of wear. Returns showing signs of use or damage will be refused and no refund will be issued.
4. Damaged Products
If your product is damaged upon delivery, please:
Note the damage on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery.
Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging on the day of delivery.
Email photos to support@revolink.com immediately.
All returns must be authorized by our customer service before processing.
5. Cancellations
To avoid return shipping fees, please contact customer service immediately if you want to cancel your order.
Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled after shipment will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products or vendors may have specific return restrictions noted in their product descriptions.
Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for return.
Orders intended for one-time or temporary use (such as for trade shows, conferences, or promotional events) are not eligible for return.
7. Warranty Exceptions
Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under a separate warranty. Please refer to product-specific warranty information where applicable.
8. Restocking Fees and Exchanges
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
We do not offer exchanges — to receive a different product, please return your original order and place a new order.
9. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned items and verify their condition.
