Shipping policy
1. Free US Shipping
Free ground shipping is available on domestic orders over $100 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the shipment date.
2. International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL Express and UPS. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The carrier will contact you using the information provided at checkout to arrange payment and delivery. Shipping fees quoted at checkout do not include these additional charges.
Currently only shipping to Canada, Mexico, and Germany are offered for international clients.
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the carrier may return the package to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, provided the items are received back in original condition. Shipping costs to and from the destination country, as well as any return fees billed to us, are non-refundable.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt and pre-authorization of your payment method. We will verify item availability and notify you if any items are on backorder or unavailable.
4. Order Shipment and Validation
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within three business days of order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
Orders that are not fully in-stock may be shipped out separately as items become available. You will receive an email confirmation for each shipment.
You have 10 business days from delivery to inspect and validate your order for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity. Please report any discrepancies or concerns within this timeframe.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within three business days of your order, please contact us at support@revolink.com.
5. Damages and Inspection
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note this on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment.
If you accept delivery despite damage, immediately take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
Report any damaged or incorrect items with photos sent to support@revolink.com within 10 business days of delivery and initiate a return claim via our Returns page.
6. Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or other household members who may have accepted the delivery.
If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at support@revolink.com within 10 business days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
